KCL sanitary centrifugal pumps are single-stage centrifugal pumps in monoblock version. The cast/molded construction is entirely made of polished stainless steel AISI 316. A wide range of models with closed or open impellers, supported by 2- or 4-pole shaft seal, covers diverse applications.

The special assembly method with clamps and screw heads makes disassembly easy, allowing inspection and cleaning of all internal parts. All parts are electrochemically polished.

Applications

Food, dairy, beverage industries and chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Open impeller versions are suitable for transporting juices, creams, ice cream, cream, milk, wine, alcohol, and low-pressure serums. Closed impeller versions can be used for transporting clean liquids at medium to high head heights (max 40-50 m) and supplying pasteurizers, coolers, concentrate filters, and washing circuits.

The centrifugal pump operating principle involves rapid pumping of liquid through an impeller, which creates centrifugal force, directing fluid from inlet to outlet. This technology ensures uniform and efficient fluid movement while being low maintenance and particularly suitable for industrial sanitary applications.
