Usage: Professional push-in fitting designed for reliable sealing in beer and wine production systems. Compatible with EVABarrier 6mm ID x 9.5mm OD hose, connecting to 1/2" female threaded equipment such as hex nipples, camlock fittings, and 1.5" tri-clover connections.
Features: Superior sealing performance with double EPDM o-ring system providing twice the sealing surface of standard push-in fittings. The dual o-ring design allows tighter hose bend radius without leaking. Tool-free installation and removal—simply push in the collet to disconnect. Cut hose straight (not angled) for optimal seal. EPDM rubber offers excellent chemical resistance to ozone, oils, acids, alcohols, and beverages, with superior gas barrier properties and long-term durability compared to silicone or vinyl. BPA-free food-grade material.
Technical data: Maximum working pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar). Hose compatibility: 6mm ID x 9.5mm OD only. Thread: 1/2" BSP female. Material: EPDM o-rings, food-grade polymer body. Not compatible with 4mm ID x 8mm OD or 5mm ID x 8mm OD EVABarrier hose.
