Operating principle: The pressure tank is designed for storing or processing various liquids at a set temperature. The water jacket allows cooling or heating of the contents, enabling controlled product temperature. The rotary spray ball simplifies cleaning, and the sampling valve allows quality checks. The pressure relief valve ensures safety by preventing excessive pressure build-up. The carbonation kit enables carbonation of liquids and is especially useful in beverage production.
