Usage: Motorized 75-liter AISI 304 stainless steel pot for beer mashing, designed to improve temperature control and product quality in home and small-scale brewing.
Properties: Made from robust 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304). Features a thick bottom to prevent caramelization, an adjustable speed gear motor with inverter (6-42 rpm, reversible), a professional analog thermometer, a thick lid with stainless steel hooks, a 1" stainless steel tap, and handles for transport. Control panel with digital keypad included. Safety compliant with CE standards. Not suitable for induction heating systems.
