The integrated gear motor with inverter allows speed adjustment (6–42 rpm) and reverse rotation from a digital keypad, enhancing mash control. It includes a professional analog thermometer for continuous monitoring, stainless steel handles, a ¾" stainless steel tap, and additional steel components for durability. The pot complies with CE safety standards.
