Properties: Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304), features an ergonomic thick lid with hooks and steam holes, digital keypad control, gear motor with inverter adjustable from 6–42 rpm, and analog thermometer with stainless steel protection. Quick Tri-Clamp system for fast, sterile assembly/disassembly. Not suitable for induction heating.
