Perfect EHA Series Pasteurizer for Juice Industry

Our modern pasteurizers are equipped with efficient spiral heat exchangers and a hot water circulation pump. The innovative design, where the juice pipe is located inside the hot water pipe, ensures maximum heat exchange efficiency.

Technical Features:

  • Stepwise power regulation by changing the number of heating elements
  • Precise thermostatic control
  • Optimal hot water system: temperature 4-5°C higher than the outgoing juice temperature

Model EHA-27E specifications:

  • Capacity: up to 300 l/h (at +80°C)
  • Power: 27 kW (3x9 kW)
  • Electrical connection: 400V/63A
  • Heating time: approximately 10 minutes
  • Dimensions: 750 x 850 x 1400 mm

Model Selection:

We offer two model series:

  • Standard models (EHA18, EHA27, EHA45): manually adjustable flow rate, requires external pump
  • E-series models (EHA18E, EHA27E, EHA45E): integrated juice pump and automatic temperature control
