Frequently asked questions about this product
How much can the box hold and how should it be loaded?
It is rated for a load of up to 750 kg, and the contents should be distributed evenly across the base rather than concentrated in one corner. Even loading keeps the walls and feet square and protects the box during stacking and forklift handling.
Why is the HD-PE material suitable for food and outdoor use?
The box is moulded from UV-resistant, food-contact certified HD-PE, so it can store fruit, berries and produce without imparting taste and can stand outdoors without the plastic becoming brittle. This combination is what makes it durable in agricultural and logistics environments.
How does the folding design help with storage and return transport?
The walls collapse so empty boxes take far less space than rigid crates, cutting storage footprint and return-haul costs. Fold and unfold along the designed hinges only, and make sure each wall locks fully before loading.
How should the box be cleaned to keep it food-safe?
Wash it with water and a food-grade detergent and rinse thoroughly, paying attention to corners and the folding joints where pulp and juice collect. Let it dry before folding for storage to prevent mould and odours.
