Physical Durability and Wide Temperature Range

We use multilayer, kink and crush resistant suction and discharge hoses that can handle demanding applications exceeding the highest food grade standards. These hoses can withstand temperatures from -32°C up to 121°C.

Chemical Resistance & FDA & USDA Approved

These hoses are specifically made to withstand harsh chemicals and temperatures used in CIP systems. Chemicals including acids, caustics, acetic acid, high sulfur substances, lactic acid, phosphoric acid have all been tested on these hoses to ensure excellent performance not only on day one but for many years without quality degradation. These hoses are FDA and USDA approved and comply with 3A Sanitary Standard 18-03, making them suitable for beer and many other industries such as pharmaceutical and wine industry.

Low Oxygen Transmission

Unlike cheaper silicone hoses, these hoses are made from nitrile polyvinyl chloride blend that has a much lower oxygen transmission rate. This is an aspect often overlooked in brewery equipment, but ensures that your beer stays fresh longer.

Large & Smooth Bore for High Flow

These hoses are manufactured with maximum internal diameter to achieve the highest throughput. The large diameter is more expensive to produce but literally pays for itself in saved time due to higher flow rates. The smooth connections are made without internal protrusions, ensuring that the entire hose drains well and CIP cleans without hidden cracks where dirt could accumulate. The large diameter also makes these hoses suitable for viscous substances like liquid sugar, yeast cake, hop sediment, and other liquids mixed with solids.

First Use Instructions

FlexiRoyal EPDM brewery hose requires at least three CIP circulations to remove any residual aromas from the manufacturing process that could transfer to the beverage. We strongly believe that the compromise between a few additional cleaning cycles and subsequently having a much higher chemical-resistant hose that can withstand stronger accidental chemical misuse is extremely valuable for a growing business.
