Physical Robustness and Wide Temperature Range

We use multilayer, kink and crush resistant suction and discharge rubber hoses that can handle the demanding applications that exceed the highest food grade standards. These hoses can handle temperatures as low as -32°C and up to 121°C.

Chemical Resistance & FDA & USDA Approved

These hoses are made specifically to handle the harsh chemicals and temperatures used in CIP systems. Chemicals including Acid, Caustic, Acetic, High Sulfur, Lactic, Phosphoric have all been tested on these hoses to ensure your hose not only works great on day one but many years into the future without degradation. These hoses are FDA & USDA approved and comply with 3A Sanitary Standard 18-03 which makes the hoses suitable for beer and many other industries such as pharmaceutical and wine.

Low Oxygen Transmission

Unlike cheaper silicone hoses, these hoses are made from nitrile polyvinyl chloride blend that have a much lower oxygen transmission rate. This is something that is frequently overlooked in brewery hardware and will ensure your beer stays fresher for longer.

Large & Smooth Bore for High Flow

These hoses are made with maximum bore diameter so you can achieve highest throughput. The large bore is more expensive to manufacture but will literally pay for itself in saved time due to the higher flow rates. The smooth swaged ends are made without internal bulging so the entire hose drains well and CIP cleans without hidden cracks for crud to hide. The large bore also makes these hoses suitable for viscous substances like liquid sugar, yeast cake, hop sludge and other liquids with solids mixed in.

First Use Instructions

FlexiRoyal EPDM Brewery Hosing requires at least three CIP recirculations to remove any residual aromas left over from the manufacturing process that could pass through to the beverage. We strongly believe the trade off for recirculating a few times in your cleaning cycle to then have a much higher chemically resistant hosing that can handle stronger accidental chemical misuse to be extremely valuable for a growing business.
