Usage: The press filter 40 plates 40x40 is designed for high-volume filtration of must and lees in winemaking and similar industrial applications.
Properties: Features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel frame on wheels for mobility, product inlet/outlet pipes with DIN 40 F stainless steel ball valves and pressure gauges, as well as a drip tray and drain valve. The filter employs 40 polypropylene plates (400x400mm) with polypropylene filter cloths for efficient filtration. Manual hydraulic closure ensures tight sealing during operation. The AISI 304 stainless steel piston feed pump includes an expansion vessel, safety valve, pressure switch, and pressure gauge. Includes a liquid presence probe, polypropylene blind plate, and anti-drip plates.
