Usage: Professional conical fermenter for home brewing and small microbreweries. Allows fermentation under pressure up to 2.4 bar with full visibility of the fermentation process. Suitable for basic gravity fermentation, pressure brewing, hop additions, and glycol-chilled systems.
Features: Gen3 design with moulded 3 inch Tri-Clover ferrule in tank body, 3 inch Tri-Clover butterfly valve, 600mL collection container with Tri-Clover connection. Standard top lid with red PRV (35psi), 2x PCO1881 cap threads, up to 4 drill ports for accessories. Includes stainless steel stand with swing handles, stainless steel handle assembly, strip-on thermometer, level indicator sticker (litres and gallons). Easiest conical PET fermenter to disassemble and clean.

⚠️ Important: Keep out of direct sunlight—UV degrades PET. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 35°C. Maximum pressure at 35°C: 5psi. Perform water pressure test at minimum 15psi before each use—check all connections for leaks by tipping upside down in all directions. Small indentations from shipping are normal and will settle with use—only white stress patterns indicate damage requiring replacement.
