Usage:

The new X3 from BrewBuilt sets the new standard for quality conical fermenters. Made entirely of 304 stainless steel, with flawless welds and a dazzling mirror-polish finish inside and out. The BrewBuilt X3 Uni is easy to sanitize and features an external cooling jacket for maximum temperature control without compromising sanitation.

The 8" Tri-Clamp lid is rock solid and easy to use, with plenty of space to clean the inside of the conical by hand. The extra large 3" T.C. Dump Valve is the largest in the industry, making dry hopping easy with all the clearance needed to drop out additions with ease.

The reinforced four-leg foundation provides exceptional stability compared to three-legged units, eliminating the need for additional bracing shelves. The four-leg, welded-bar reinforced system is rock solid, especially critical when adding rolling casters.

The Flex Chamber Collection Jar attaches directly to the butterfly dump valve and can be used for removing trub, harvesting yeast, and many other tasks. Since it's made from crystal clear Triton, you can visually monitor fermentation activity. Ball lock adapters can be attached to threaded ports for oxygenation, carbonation, or flushing with CO2.

The Pressure Pack with Clear Float Technology allows you to ferment, carbonate, and serve all in one vessel. The floating dip tube draws beer from the top down, ensuring the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible while eliminating oxygen exposure during sampling and kegging.
