Usage: Ideal for Kombucha fermentation. Thanks to its size and shape, surface area/height ratio, this fermenter allows greater oxygenation, favouring the correct formation of the Scoby with relative low alcohol content of the final product.
Features: Built in AISI 304 stainless steel with flower embossed exterior. The bottom of the tank is rounded and welded for easy cleaning. Provided with stainless steel threaded bushing for tap fitting and comfortable handles for moving. Complete with thick stainless steel lid with cotton, 4 stainless steel hooks for sealing, welded stainless steel bushing, ½" stainless steel tap, and welded rounded bottom.

It is not necessary to screw it all the way in. Just tighten it until the tap is straight before reaching the end of the thread.
