Usage: Duotight push-in fittings are designed for professional beer and wine production systems requiring reliable, leak-free connections. Compatible with EVABarrier 6.35mm (1/4") ID x 9.5mm (3/8") OD line.
Features: Double EPDM o-ring sealing system provides superior sealing performance compared to single o-ring fittings. The dual o-ring design doubles the sealing surface area, significantly reducing leak risk and allowing tighter hose bend radius without compromising seal integrity. Tool-free installation - no clamps required. Simply push hose into fitting until secure; to disconnect, push collet and remove hose.

Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) o-rings with excellent chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones and beverages. EPDM offers superior gas transmission rates, wear resistance, and aging resistance compared to silicone and vinyl. BPA-free food grade material. Design revision 1.10.
Warnings: For optimal seal, cut hose straight (not at angle) before installation. Suitable for gas and liquid applications up to 100 psi maximum.
