Operating Principle
Unlike traditional distillers, mash and water are not mixed in the boiling pot. In the rotating column distiller, evaporation takes place in a separate column where the mass is not in direct contact with water. The copper pot only works as a steam generator, ensuring a more precise and cleaner distillation process. Use the traditional old mixture of rye flour and water to seal the column connection.
