This three-phase Derby mill with a productivity of 200 kg per hour is an ideal device for companies operating in the food industry. The Derby 15-22 mill is equipped with a 380V - 1.5 kW electric motor and protection, controlled by a switch. The device is also equipped with a V-belt drive, double discs, and a hopper with integrated grid and magnet. The crushing rollers, equipped with a new distance adjustment system, have wear-resistant protection and allow quick and precise distance adjustment to optimize product processing and maintain its properties unchanged.
Operating principle: The device grinds various materials between two rotating rollers, where material is directed from the hopper through the grid and magnet, and ground to the set fineness.
