Filter preparation and maintenance
For best results, soak the filter for one hour in a special solution before use:
- Warm water
- Citric acid (20 g/l)
- Potassium metabisulfite (3g/l)
After soaking, rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water. To ensure longer filter life, avoid using scented detergents when washing. This maintains the filter's neutrality and ensures a cleaner wine taste.
Usage
