Professional cooling unit Lindr CWP-300 V for controlled fermentation Green Line
The CWP-300 V Green Line is a uniquely designed professional device created primarily for controlled fermentation and beverage production. In addition to cooling, the unit features a water heater, enabling manual switching between cooling and heating modes. This makes the device an extremely versatile tool for small breweries, winemakers, and cider producers alike.
Cooling and heating
The device has a maximum cooling capacity of 1900W (at TK 45°C / TO -5°C) and heating power of 1800W. Temperature can be smoothly regulated via two digital thermostats in the range of -6 to +40°C. The first thermostat controls the temperature in the water bath, while the second is connected to an external probe and regulates the temperature in the tank. When the temperature changes, the circulation pump switches on automatically, and switches off when the desired temperature is reached.
Applications
The device is used for controlled-temperature fermentation of berry wine and cider, wort fermentation, cooling beverages to desired temperature, and cold crash of beverages, meaning precipitation and sedimentation of proteins and tartrates. Switching between cooling and heating modes is done manually.
CWP technology
CWP (Contact Water Power) is a unique thermal block construction that combines the advantages of contact cooler and water cooler in one unit. The evaporator is in direct contact with the beverage tubing and responds immediately to increased flow rates. The device reaches operating temperature in just 30-40 minutes after switching on.
Construction and mobility
The unit has four wheels for easy transport and positioning. A drain valve enables simple water drainage and a water level gauge helps monitor the liquid level. Green Line technology uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, achieving 20% higher energy efficiency and 20% lower power consumption.
