Application and Compatibility
Would you like to use a glycol chiller to heat and cool your FermZilla, Kegmenter, or other fermentation vessel or bright tank?
This heat exchanger is adaptable to any fermentation vessel or bright tank with at least a 110mm diameter opening. These thermal jackets are suitable for use in both the FermZilla series and KegLand Kegmenter vessels.
Installation
For installation, drill two 22mm holes in the fermentation vessel lid and use the included Duotight pass-through fittings to attach the heat exchanger to the fermentation vessel lid.
Operating Principle
The Temp Twister heat exchanger enables precise temperature control during fermentation. The system works with circulating glycol fluid that moves through a spiral stainless steel tube, ensuring uniform and efficient heat transfer. This helps maintain stable temperature of the fermenting liquid, which is crucial for achieving quality end results.
