The recipe is inspired by American blonde ales that combine a light malt base with light fruitiness. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt for a clean and smooth character, and a careful addition of Cascade and Citra that adds freshness and a hint of citrus - typical of the style.
Usage: The beer set is designed for 20L for fermentation. In the recipe sheet that comes with it is possible to cut out a label ready made for the Bishop Tap Handle!

Technical data:

Usage instructions:
- Mash at 67°C for 60 minutes
- Boil for 60 minutes
- Add hops according to the instructions on the hop bags
- Ferment at approx. 20°C
- Add 6g sugar per liter of beer when bottling, and let it carbonate at 20-28°C for about 14 days before storing in a cool place
- CO2 volume in keg: about 2.4
