A comprehensive juice production solution that enables efficient execution of all work processes from raw material washing to finished juice bottling. The kit is mobile and ideally suited for both small and medium-sized producers.

Basic equipment included

  • Efficient washing unit and crusher
  • Powerful belt press MKSP 300
  • Automatic juice vat MKT 100 with pump
  • 3 stainless steel containers (100L)
  • MKPAG 500 pasteurizer (gas or diesel powered)
  • Semi-automatic juice bag filler
  • Compressor and pressure washer

Available accessories

  • 10kW diesel generator
  • 300L water tank
  • 300L juice tank
  • Water filter
  • Tent with drawings and branding

The kit requires electricity and water connection and propane gas cylinders for the pasteurization unit. The equipment ensures a complete work process: preliminary washing of raw materials, pressing, pasteurization/heating, and filling into storage bags.
