Industrial Stainless Steel Cooking Kettle 130L with Mixing System

High-quality industrial cooking kettle for processing acidic foods, made of AISI 316 stainless steel (inner shell 25-40/10) and AISI 304 outer shell.

Main Features:

  • Useful volume: 130 liters (total volume 145L)
  • Electric tilting mechanism
  • Adjustable satin-finished legs
  • Fully automatic dual-shaft mixing system
  • Mixing speed: 12-40 rotations per minute
  • Removable mixing blades for easy cleaning

  • Pressure relief valve on water jacket (0.5 bar)
  • Automatic water jacket filling system
  • Electronic control panel with dual temperature sensor control
