This low profile elbow is necessary if you want to use an A-type 50L keg in your KegLand Series 4 kegerator. This is because A-type kegs are considerably narrower and taller than other kegs on the market. The low profile elbow comes with a 5/8" EPDM gasket for the female connection. However, this would lose the advantage of the built-in check valve and the ability to isolate each gas line separately. NOTE: This product is not suitable for beer or other beverages. For gas only. Please note that due to the check valve mechanism, the pressure drops in these manifold ball valves by approximately 0.14 bar (2 psi). The regulator needs to be set about 0.14 bar (2 psi) higher than the desired pressure in the keg.
